Support for customers impacted by recent bushfires

At a time of widespread devastation due to national bushfires across Australia we want to do what we can to help customers.

For PracticeHub customers whose practice has been adversely affected by the bushfires between November 2019 and January 2020, we are offering a three-month reprieve on your PracticeHub subscription fees.

To be eligible for this assistance, customers need to:
  • be eligible to receive a Disaster Recovery Payment from the Australian Government (evidence of this may be requested). For more information on the Disaster Recovery Payment, click here;
  • have a PracticeHub subscription that is paid up to date;
  • have had more than five days of business interruption and income loss.
