Marion is an experienced consultant who has worked with dental practices to support their practice management and accreditation activities. Marion has many years’ experience working with medical, dental and allied health organisations and is passionate about helping her clients to successfully navigate the everchanging work environment. She is a highly respected and well-known presenter at healthcare conferences, such as the Australian Association of Practice Management (AAPM). Marion is also a Fellow of the AAPM.
Mrs Karen Garth
Senior Operations Manager - PracticeHub
Karen is a Certified Practice Manager with many years’ experience in dental practice management, including five years running a large, multi-site specialist dental practice. During her time at the Australian Dental Association NSW, Karen provided support to members preparing for the rollout of dental accreditation. This coupled with her experience as the Senior Operations Manager at PracticeHub, Karen is well placed to share her knowledge and experience of systems and processes. Karen is a Fellow of the Australian Association of Practice Management (AAPM).
Anna-Maria Gibb

She is passionate about helping healthcare organisations minimise risk and run more efficiently using better business management systems and processes. Anna-Maria has a background in practice management and qualifications in business and adult education. She regularly presents on business systems and processes.
