Refer a Practice Campaign –Book a consultation Terms & Conditions 

 

  1. Introduction 

The promotor of the ‘Refer a Practice’ campaign (“Promotion”) is MyPracticeManual Pty Ltd trading as PracticeHub (“PracticeHub”) ACN 150 460 129. These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"), as updated from time to time, govern the Promotion. 

    2. Overview of Promotion 

The Promotion is a promotional activity by which existing PracticeHub account holders (“PracticeHub Customers”) can receive a Jurlique 40ml handcream gift (“Promotion Benefit”) by referring another practice (“Referred Practice”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

3. Promotion Period 

The Promotion runs from 1 November to 30 March 2022 (“Promotion Period”). 

4. Participation Criteria 

  1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must: 
  1. be at least 18 years old; 

  2. be a PracticeHub Customer or an employee or director of a PracticeHub Customer; 

  3. successfully make a referral of a Referred Practice that satisfies the criteria in Clause 5 (“Eligible Referral"); and 

  4. not be deemed ineligible in accordance with clause 4b or 4c. 

       b. PracticeHub Customers whose accounts are suspended or in arrears are not eligible to participate. 

        c. Any PracticeHub Customer who’s employees or directors are associated with PracticeHub (including a director, employee or agent of PracticeHub, or the family or practice of any such individuals) is not eligible to participate in the Promotion.  
 

 5. Eligible Referrals 

In order for a referral made by a PracticeHub Customer to be valid: 

  1. the Referred Practice must not be a PracticeHub Customer;

  2. The Referred Practice must: 

  1. email info@practicehub.com.au with the name of the practice manager of the Referred Practice and the PracticeHub Customer that referred them; and 

  2. book and complete a consultation with PracticeHub via the booking portal located at https://practicehub.com.au/?request-a-demo, during the Promotion Period and 

       c. The Referred Practice must not have previously been referred by a PracticeHub Customer 

 

6. Promotion Benefits

  1. Promotion Benefits will be issued four weeks after the Referred Practice has booked and completed a consultation with PracticeHub. 

  2. For each Eligible Referral, the PracticeHub Customer making the referral and the Referred Practice will receive the Promotion Benefit. 

  3. The Promotion Benefit will be delivered by post. PracticeHub will not be held responsible for any damaged, undelivered, lost or stolen gift and no replacement will be provided.  

  4. The Promotion Benefit is not exchangeable for cash or credit. 

  5. There is no limit on the number of Promotion Benefits a PracticeHub Customer may receive under this promotion.  
     

7. Other Conditions 

  1. By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree as follows: 
  1. this offer excludes all other promotional offers; 
  2. you must obtain informed consent from the Referred Practice prior to forwarding them any email regarding the Promotion;  

  3. Each Promotion Benefit must be taken as is and no compensation will be payable if a PracticeHub Customer or Referred Practice that is awarded a Promotion Benefit is unable to use the Promotion Benefit as stated.  It is a condition of accepting a Promotion Benefit that the PracticeHub Customer and Referred Practice accept the conditions of use of that Promotion Benefit; 

  4. PracticeHub reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time; and 

  5. PracticeHub may in its discretion refuse to award any Promotion Benefit to any PracticeHub Customer or Referred Practice in the event the PracticeHub Customer fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

      b. By participating in the Promotion, PracticeHub Customers: 

  1. consent to PracticeHub using the personal details they provide in connection with the Promotion for the purposes of verifying their PracticeHub account and facilitating the conduct of the Promotion and the award of any Promotion Benefits.  PracticeHub Customers’ and Referred Practice’s personal information provided in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the PracticeHub Privacy Policy available on the PracticeHub website [https://www.practicehub.com.au/privacy-policy]. 

         c. PracticeHub is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion. PracticeHub assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or communications line failure. 

         d.To the full extent permitted by law, by participating in this Promotion, the PracticeHub Customer agrees that PracticeHub will not be liable for any injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or indirect) to persons or property as a result of any person participating in the Promotion or accepting or using any Promotion benefit, including without limitation non-receipt of any Promotion Benefit or damage to any Promotion Benefit in transit.  This release extends to any injury, damage, expenses or loss whatsoever (whether direct or indirect) to persons or property arising from the Promotion being run on, or PracticeHub Customers and Referred Practices using, any form of social media including, but not limited to Facebook.
